Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Studs Are In, LLC. credits returns on the following terms only:
Creations must be returned within 30 days after the original ship date. Defective creations will be exchanged for the same creation only. Shipping and handling fees incurred when returning flawed creations will only be refunded if standard shipping offered by the United States Postal Service applies. Due to Florida health code, Studs Are In, LLC. does not accept returns or exchanges of undergarments. Studs Are In, LLC. credits exchanges for all other unworn creations. If you return creations because you are not satisfied with it, only the cost of the creation will be refunded; shipping and handling fees will not. Credits for accepted returns will be applied to the original payment method only, and may take up to one full billing cycle to complete.
